Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in the majority of cases you will receive a refund within a few working days of receiving the returned goods.
If you need to return an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please write your order number on the package, not doing so may delay the refund process.
Shipping
When you place an order, you are given a choice of shipping methods based on the total weight and total value of your order. In some cases, your address may affect rates*. Almost all UK addresses have a free economy delivery option for orders over £50. Typically Royal Mail 48 (equivalent to second class). Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 (equivalent to first class) is available for £1 extra.
Orders larger than 2kg are sent by courier (Parcelforce 24) and usually arrive next working day, as long as the order is placed before 1:00PM. However, we recommend placing the order before 12:30PM to be safe as some days we get very busy - earlier you order the more likely it is to arrive next day!
During the busy build up to Christmas the cut off is 10:30AM. Orders placed after cut off may still dispatch but we're unable to guarantee it!
Cheapest options for orders under £50 are:
Less than 100g: £2.95 (Royal Mail 48)
Less than 2kg : £4.60 (with Royal Mail 48 Tracked)
More than 2kg : £7 (with Parcelforce 24)
Orders that are both over £50 and heavier than 2kg qualify for FREE Parcelforce next day shipping.
*Free shipping does not apply orders over 2kg to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some Highland postcodes.
International Shipping
Important: The UK has now left the European Union (EU). Fortunately for our EU customers, the United Kingdom has signed a deal which means that there will be no tariffs or duty. However, EU customers will have to pay any VAT due on the goods upon arrival. Please make sure you know how much VAT will be due on the goods before ordering. Customs may not release goods until charges are paid. Please factor in more time than before for your order to arrive; up to two weeks is not uncommon.
International orders that are are sent by courier with a tracking number. The maximum size of packet our courier allows us to send is 27kg, after this we must send anther parcel. We have organised destinations in to 8 zones with varying prices, please refer to the table below. Shipping gets cheaper for orders both greater than £50 in value and over 2kg in weight.
Previously, before Brexit, orders typically arrived within 3-5 working days, however it appears now that some orders are taking considerably longer so please bear this in mind. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know any customs regulations in their country that may delay or block the shipment. If delivery is refused or the order is returned for us for any reason we reserve the right not to refund shipping costs.
